Palo has their experts.
Your partner has theirs.
Now you have Clarify.
An expert on your side of the Palo table. Five AI agents read your SOW line by line, flag what you already paid for, and pull the custom work forward — before you sign.
No card. No demo wall. Corporate email only. Peek at the agent team →
Beta cohort numbers. Updates as the sample grows. Methodology lives in every report.
You've bought eighty of these. They all sound the same. AI-powered. Consolidation. Fewer alerts, more signal. The SOW sounds the same. The deliverables sound the same. The work gets done — and somehow the outcome is never quite what was on the slide.
Clarify reads your SOW the way an expert on your side of the table would. You stop paying for what's already in the platform you bought, and the custom work that actually changes your environment gets sequenced first — while you still have time and budget to shape it.
Who's actually on your side.
Five AI agents, tuned by people who have lived inside Palo Alto Networks engagements for over fifteen years. Here's what makes that different.
Independent by design
Not a Palo partner. Not an MSSP. Not a reseller. No kickbacks, no co-sell. We make money from the people running the engagement — never from the engagements we review.
Grounded in Palo's own documentation
XSIAM, Cortex XDR, Strata Cloud Manager, NGFW — the agents read your SOW with Palo's public product documentation and runbooks in context. Refreshed when the docs change.
Tuned to your actual scope
Not a template match. The agents read your vendor's section headings, your data sources, your milestone language. Your SOW stays yours — we don't share it, sell it, or train on it.
Receipts on every flag
Every ‘already in your license’ or ‘runbook covers it’ flag links to a Palo doc, an entitlement, or a public runbook. Auditable. Defendable to your board.
The team behind the agents
Christy Mendoza leads Afigima AI. The Clarify delivery practice is staffed by operators with 15+ years inside Palo Alto Networks engagements — architects, project managers, and SOC leads who've sat on every side of the table. The agents are the leverage; the team makes sure your engagement actually lands.

The founder
Christy Mendoza
Founder · Afigima Enterprises
College-educated, bilingual operator (English/Spanish), writer, and Texas business owner. New to cyber on purpose — that's why she built Clarify. She also runs Notary & Co. Texas through the same parent company. A working operator, not a SaaS chatbot.
What we find
Three things hiding in your SOW.
Same agents, same scope, same pack — tuned to the document you upload.
What you're actually getting
Vendor language decoded line by line. ‘AI-powered consolidation’ turns into the actual deliverables, the actual data sources, the actual playbooks — in plain English you can defend to your board.
See it on a sample →What you might be overpaying for
Flags work that's already in the platform you paid for, work the runbook covers, and the ‘3-day minimum’ line items that are really 4-hour tasks. You see the markup before you sign.
See it on a sample →What's hiding at the end
Custom, irreversible work that gets pushed to the back of the schedule — exactly where you have no leverage left. Clarify pulls it forward, while budget and time still have weight.
See it on a sample →The 3-day minimum problem
“Onboard custom data source: 3 days @ $2,500/day.”
That source actually takes 4 hours. Across 14 line items: $84K for $14K of work.
Clarify finds these line items in minutes. You decide what to push back on.
For the record
“But our partner does great work.”
They probably do. Partners can only deliver what the SOW asks for. Clarify makes sure the SOW asks for the right things, in the right order, at the right hours.
We're not here to make your partner the bad guy. We're here to make sure you didn't miss something because you've never written this SOW before — and they've written a hundred.
How it works
Auto-documented. Customer-controlled.
Every change is timestamped, attributed, and logged. Closure is “export the timeline,” not “ask the partner for a final report.”
She personally replies. Usually same day.
Inside the engagement workspace
The partner's playbook, on your side of the table.
Who it's for
Everyone on your side of the engagement.
Education first
What's in your license. What's bloat. What you can do yourself.
Most XSIAM SOWs charge for work that's already in your license, work that's repeatable across customers, or work the runbook covers. We show you which is which.
Show, don’t tell
Three real lines from a real XSIAM SOW.
Pulled verbatim from the public sample report. The Auditor flagged each one. The Estimator priced it. You decide what to push back on.
‘XSOAR Automation Engine’ · $24,000
The XSOAR engine is bundled inside the XSIAM Premium tier you just bought on the line above. The partner can deploy playbooks; they can’t bill you twice for the engine itself.

‘Onboard custom data source: 3 days @ $2,500/day’
Custom syslog source onboarding is a 4-hour task with the public Palo runbook for the parser type. Across 14 line items in this SOW, the same pattern repeats: $84K billed for ~$14K of work.

‘Custom correlation rules tied to your business logic’ (Week 11)
This is the work that actually changes your environment — and it’s buried at week 11 of a 12-week SOW. Clarify pulls it forward to week 4 so you have leverage to shape it before the budget is gone.

Why not just review it yourself?
Most teams pick one of four paths. Three of them lose.
| Sign as written | Partner SE review | Outside consultant | Clarify | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost to your team | $0 — but you overpay later | $0 — but biased | $15K–$50K | Free during beta |
| Time to first read | — | 3–10 business days | 2–6 weeks | Under 2 minutes |
| Independent of partner | — | No — partner pays them | Yes | Yes |
| Grounded in Palo docs | — | Sometimes | Depends on consultant | Always — with citations |
| Audit trail you control | — | No | PDF deliverable only | Live workspace + immutable log |
| Updates as platform changes | — | — | — | Yes — docs refresh, agents follow |
What Clarify won’t do: sit in the room with your partner. That’s still your job. We hand you the talking points.
Questions you should ask
What we say yes to. What we say no to.
Where does my SOW go?+
Your SOW is processed only for the duration of the read — we do not retain the raw document on our servers, only the structured report you see. Privacy commitments cover no training, no retention, and no third-party sharing. The full sub-processor list and data residency lives on the trust page.
Are you going to hallucinate something that costs me a deal?+
Every flag links to a Palo doc, an entitlement, or a public runbook — the receipt is on the report. If the agent can’t cite a source, it doesn’t flag the line. Estimates are deliberately ranges with transparent methodology, never single magic numbers.
What happens after beta? Will I get locked in?+
Beta is free. When we move to paid, your saved reports stay yours and you keep the read-only audit trail. We email you 30 days before any pricing change with the option to export everything.
Do you train on my data?+
No. We don’t share your SOW with vendors, partners, or any third party. We don’t send your data to AI providers for training. We don’t sell aggregated data. Full policy on the privacy page.
What if my partner finds out I ran their SOW through this?+
They probably won’t — but it’s also fine if they do. We’re not adversarial. We surface what the platform already covers and what the runbook handles, so the partner can focus on the custom work that’s actually hard. That’s a better engagement for everyone.
Who built this and why should I trust them?+
Christy Mendoza, founder of Afigima Enterprises (Hispanic woman-owned Texas LLC). College-educated, bilingual operator, writer. New to cyber on purpose — the platform docs are the source of truth, not vendor talking tracks. You can email her directly; she replies same day.
I’m not on Palo. Can you help me?+
Today XSIAM is fully covered. Cortex XDR, Strata Cloud Manager, Prisma Access, and NGFW are rolling out. Splunk and ServiceNow next. If you’re running a complex platform engagement on something we don’t cover yet, email Christy — we may pilot your category.
Refunds?+
Beta is free, so there’s nothing to refund. When we go paid, annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days if Clarify didn’t deliver useful results. One-time deliverables are refundable within 7 days if we didn’t produce the deliverable described.
