Clarify Agentic Workbench
Engagement continuity for security teams

Keep every provider engagement on track, across team changes, status calls, and renewals.

Every engagement gets its own dedicated inbox. Provider replies, status reports, Zoom transcripts, and meeting notes land there as the work happens. Clarify writes a tamper-evident receipt for every commitment. Friday morning, one page in 90 seconds tells your team where the engagement is and what to confirm on Monday. Works alongside your existing providers. Built to strengthen the engagement, not replace it.

Here is what the first hour looks like. A workspace stood up in about two minutes. The engagement gets its own dedicated inbox, something like your-engagement@in.afigima.ai. Hand the address to your provider, CC it on the thread, or paste it into the status-report distribution list. The first receipts arrive within minutes, with the items worth confirming already called out.

How it works

Four things, then a Friday email.

No new tool to learn, no calendar to integrate, no provider to ask for access. The engagement’s dedicated inbox is the center of the loop. Your team keeps doing what they do. Clarify keeps the receipts and surfaces the leverage.

01

Give it the address

Every engagement gets its own dedicated inbox, something like your-engagement@in.afigima.ai. Hand the address to your provider, CC it on the thread, or paste it into the status-report distribution list. From then on, the engagement’s emails, transcripts, and status PDFs land where they belong. For anything that did not come through email, the engagement also has a drop link your team can use to add notes and files directly.

02

Clarify reads it

The SOW Advisor pulls out every commitment, ask, decision, and variance. The Tone Advisor shapes the question for your next call. Nothing leaves your workspace.

03

Receipts get chained

Every item becomes a tamper-evident receipt, linked back to the SOW page that authorized it. The chain holds across team changes, provider changes, and renewal cycles.

04

Friday brief

One page in your inbox: where the engagement is, the three items worth confirming, and one question shaped for Monday’s call. Read it in 90 seconds. Share with your CFO. Reply to add a note.

What it does for the engagement

Every commitment, a record. Every record, a receipt.

When the engagement lead rotates, when the provider PM changes, when the renewal conversation starts, the ledger is already there. Same picture for everyone on your team. Same picture for everyone on the provider side.

Engagement brief

Five sentences at the top of every engagement: where you are, what was delivered, what is on track, what is worth confirming. Updated automatically as receipts come in.

Tamper-evident receipts

Every commitment is hashed and chained. Open one and see the source SOW page, the working session that confirmed it, and the exact email that committed the date.

Read it yourself

When a commitment is worth confirming, the receipt links to the provider’s own admin guide. No interpretation, no spin. Your team verifies against the provider’s own source of truth.

Share with anyone

One link to your CFO, a teammate, or an auditor. Read-only, scoped to one engagement, expires when you want. They open it in their browser. No login required.

Works with your providers

One ledger. Both sides of the table.

Clarify is on your side of the table, but the loop closes faster when the provider sees the same ledger. Most engagements work better with both teams reading from the same record.

Your team

Sees the full picture

Every commitment, every variance, every receipt. The brief at the top, the ledger below, the Friday email in your inbox.

  • Full ledger and receipt drawer
  • Internal scoring (Green, Amber, Red)
  • Diplomatic asks for the next call
  • Audit trail for the QBR
Provider

Sees what you share

A read-only view of the commitments that affect them. The same facts, with diplomatic wording. No accusations, no scoring rationale visible.

  • Read-only engagement ledger
  • Worth-confirming items called out
  • Variance vs baseline (descriptive)
  • Nothing about internal scoring
Stakeholders

See the brief

Your CFO, an internal auditor, a teammate stepping in. One link. Scoped to one engagement. Expires when you say. Opens in any browser.

  • 30-day default expiry
  • One-engagement scope
  • Brief + delivered items
  • Activity logged to audit trail
A receipt, in detail

Look at one. Then look at the chain.

This is what an open receipt looks like in your workspace. Every field traces back to the source. The diplomatic question at the bottom is shaped by the Tone Advisor for your next provider call.

Agent Installer creation for endpoints

Owner on your team: Sarah Reyes
Provider lead: Pat Hernandez, PANW Pro Services
Source: Phase 3 SOW deliverables, page 14
First recorded: Mar 18, 2026 from a working session
Status: Worth confirming
Read it yourself

Palo Alto Networks publishes how Agent Installers are scoped in their official admin guide. The relevant section is page 47-52.

One question for the next call:
“Pat, can you walk us through what’s included in Agent Installer creation as a Phase 3 deliverable? Just want to make sure we’re aligned on what the working session covers vs. what your team owns afterward.”

Common questions

What teams want to know first.

What does my team have to do every week?

Almost nothing. The engagement’s dedicated inbox (something like your-engagement@in.afigima.ai) is the center of the loop. Once your provider, your team, and the status-report distribution list have the address, the receipts arrive on their own. Read the Friday brief, reply to flag anything, share the link with your CFO if you want. About 90 seconds a week. If a teammate steps in, they read the same brief.

Does this replace my provider?

No. Clarify works alongside your existing providers. The goal is a stronger engagement, not a different vendor. Most provider PMs welcome a buyer who shows up with a clear ledger and a specific question.

Where does the data live?

In your workspace. Your files, the receipts the bench writes, and the prompts the Advisors run never leave your workspace and are never used to train anyone’s model. Delete the workspace and everything in it goes with it.

How is this different from a project tool?

A project tool waits for you to update it. Clarify reads what already lands at the engagement’s dedicated inbox, writes tamper-evident receipts as the work happens, and sends one Friday brief. Your team keeps doing what they do. Clarify keeps the receipts and surfaces the leverage.

What about Zoom and Teams transcripts?

Send a Zoom .vtt or a Teams meeting summary to the engagement’s dedicated inbox. The SOW Advisor pulls every commitment from the transcript and writes them to the ledger. No calendar integration required.

Can I share a brief with my CFO?

Yes. One read-only link per engagement, 30-day default expiry. They open it in a browser. No login. Activity is logged to the tamper-evident audit trail so you know who saw what and when.

The engagement on your desk this morning is the right place to start. Forward what you already have. The first receipt lands in minutes.
