Terms of Service

The agreement, in plain English.

Last reviewed April 2026.

What we provide

Clarify provides software that translates Palo Alto Networks quotes into plain English, classifies services scopes, and surfaces talking points for your vendor conversations. The output is informational analysis, not contract review or legal advice.

Who can use it

You can use Clarify if you're an authorized representative of an organization that received a Palo Alto Networks quote, or an advisor or partner working on behalf of such an organization. By using the service you confirm you have the authority to share the quote contents you paste.

What you agree not to do

  • Don't paste content you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't paste content covered by an active NDA without the necessary consents in place.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our content.
  • Don't use the service to harm, deceive, or unfairly compete with the vendors or partners we cover.
  • Don't resell our output as your own product without a written white-label agreement.

Pricing and refunds

Prices for paid tiers are listed on the pricing page. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are refundable within thirty days of purchase if the service didn't deliver useful results. One-time purchases (renewal alerts, deep-dives, telescope reports, Zoom reviews) are refundable within seven days if the deliverable wasn't produced or didn't meet the description.

Done-for-you negotiation engagements operate on a fifteen-percent-of-savings model with a two-thousand-dollar floor and fifteen-thousand-dollar cap. Engagement terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Editorial independence

Clarify is editorially independent. We don't accept payment from Palo Alto Networks, channel partners, or any vendor we cover in exchange for altering or suppressing our analysis. If a vendor objects to specific guidance, they can reach us at clarify@afigima.ai and we will review.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to be accurate, but vendor pricing, packaging, and licensing change frequently. You are responsible for verifying recommendations against your specific contract terms before relying on them. Our liability for any claim related to use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account access and termination

You can stop using Clarify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or use it for activity that creates legal risk for us or our other users. Suspension is followed by an opportunity to discuss before any data is deleted.

Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms when our practices change and note the last-reviewed date at the top. Material changes will be sent to signed-in users by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Clarify is registered.
