Clarify provides software for tracking commitments, sealing receipts, and producing defensible records across vendor deliveries, customer engagements, POCs, QBRs, and security questionnaires. Output is informational and operational, not contract review and not legal advice.
You can use Clarify if you're an authorized representative of an organization that has accepted these terms, or an advisor, consultant, or partner working on behalf of such an organization. By using the service you confirm you have the authority to share the engagement contents you upload.
During the current launch period, paid pilots are arranged on a written basis before work begins. Pilot deliverables and refund terms are spelled out in the pilot agreement. We don't auto-charge cards and we don't auto-renew.
Clarify is editorially independent. We don't accept payment from any vendor, partner, or contractor in exchange for altering or suppressing our analysis of their delivery, their SOWs, or their commitments. If a counterparty objects to specific guidance we've published, they can reach us at clarify@afigima.ai and we will review.
The service is provided as-is. We do our best to be accurate, but vendor pricing, packaging, delivery patterns, and SOW practices change frequently. You are responsible for verifying recommendations against your specific contract terms before relying on them. Our liability for any claim related to use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You can stop using Clarify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or use it for activity that creates legal risk for us or our other users. Suspension is followed by an opportunity to discuss before any data is deleted.
We'll update these terms when our practices change and note the last-reviewed date at the top. Material changes will be sent to signed-in users by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Afigima AI is registered.
