Pricing

$3,000 for deals under $50K total value · $7,500 for deals $50K–$500K · $10,000 for deals over $500K. Optional success fee: 5% of savings vs. your floor (negotiated separately).

Common questions

Do you sit on the calls?

No — we sit beside you over Slack or email. Drafts and counters land within an hour of the call ending. Some clients prefer that; others have wanted us on the call. Both are negotiable.

How is the success fee calculated?

5% of the savings vs. the floor you set in the stance-setting session. We agree on the floor in writing before the negotiation starts, so the math is unambiguous.

What if the deal falls through?

You only owe the base fee. There's no success fee on a no-deal outcome.
